Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. You'll always see the total before you pay.
Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx and local postal services, depending on your destination.
Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to view your order status. Tracking can take 24β48 hours to update after your label is created.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delays & Lost Packages
- Delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control, but we'll always help you track your package.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
