By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Online Store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform for our products and services. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and details accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between production batches. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners; Missreen does not store full card numbers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. 7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags attached. Certain items are final sale. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
