POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • If you need to exchange please email us at ​demo@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order as our stock is limited and you will be given the authority to exchange.

  • You have another 48 hrs to ship the item back to us and provide the tracking number/receipt to us via email. In general, the item to be exchanged must be received within 7 days from the authorization of your exchange.

  • All sales of items in the category Pink Customs (Leather &Fur), jewelry, swimwear, and accessories are final sale. Items in Pink Customs are made to order for you and for that reason are final sales. Please submit measurements with all Pink Custom orders in the note to seller section at the end of your purchase or consult on sizing via email before your purchase. 

  • Measurements include (arm width, chest, height, arm length, shoulders, weight, waist, and hips).
  • Shipping and handling on merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the wrong item was shipped). If you have received the wrong product please email us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  • There are NO RETURNS. You may only exchange for an improper size or another style and we must receive the item within 7 days after your authorization to return via email.

  • You are also responsible for shipping when exchanging or returning when authorized.

  • You are responsible for international custom fees when placing an order in addition to international shipping fees.
  • All merchandise must be returned for an exchange unwornunwashed, and with original tags attached.
