At Missreen, we want every shopping experience to feel smooth, transparent, and worry-free. These policies explain how we handle orders, shipping, returns, and customer care.

Ordering

• Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

• If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [support@missreen.com].

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

• Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right:

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

• To start a return, email [support@missreen.com] with your order number.

• Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect — in those cases, we’ll cover it.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Sale Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit, but not refunds.

Payments

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

• All payments are processed securely.

• Your payment method will be charged once your order is confirmed.

Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us at support@missreen.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
