How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order may already be processing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and the other secure methods shown at checkout. See Secure Checkout.
Is it safe to shop on Missreen?
Yes. Our checkout is encrypted and powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. US delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy for other countries.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Some items are final sale. See Returns & Refunds.
How do I start a return?
Email support@missreen.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Sizing & Products
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do the colors match the photos?
We photograph our products carefully, but colors can look slightly different on different screens.
How should I care for my pieces?
Always follow the care label. Our Care Guide has tips for knits, faux fur, sequins, leather and more.
Will a sold-out item come back?
Many styles are restocked. Click "Notify me when available" on the product page and we'll email you.
